[Wii] Homebrew Manager 1.4

Here is the real 1.3 1.4.

- I correct for this version (1.3) a huge bug when you have other xml file into apps directory, now they're gone. I apologise for that
- Add an ftp client to manage all file by ftp ^^ (1.4)

This week end i probably release 1.5 with auto download and update homebrew, i hope you enjoy it.
