[Wii] Homebrew Manager 1.2

Hi here is a new version of my app to manage homebrew for Homebrew Channel :D

Not a lot of news but for this version i change the XML Parser by my own. So no more bug with the left list of homebrew :)

I hope to release 1.3 tonight with FTP Support.
