[Wii] Homebrew Manager 1.4b

Hi tonight another revision 1.4b (b for bug fixes :D)

So what's new :

- Bug Fixe with ipadress into hcm.ini, when you change language, ini will be modify and ip of the ftp is deleted :\ ... not cool
- Change navigation order on field, now when you press tab you really go to the next field :)

I promess i fully test future revision before release it :D
