[Wii] Wip HBM 1.5

A little wip about the next version 1.5, she include homebrew download and automatic update. I must update translation and after a lot of test i'll release it, probably this week :D.

Hi Reppa, first of all, congratulations for your program, and i would like to ask you about a translation, cause I translated the application to Hungarian, and my question is can you build it in the next versions? I can translate further versions too, if you send me the files. But, i need the english translation for it. If you like my idea, just send me a mail back, and i send you the translations for the 1.3
